The impeller project was a unique undertaking, as it involved coating several spare parts assembled together as a single piece. Considering the draft angle and individual movement of each part, we applied multiple layers of coatings with intermolecular bonding technology. The task was accomplished with the work suspended in a hanging style, showcasing our expertise in complex coating applications.

With over 40 years of experience, our journey began in 1979 when our Managing Director, Mr Sandip Soley, founded the company. We started as a small electroplating shop, and since then, we have expanded our capabilities to encompass a wide range of services. Today, Dazzle Dynacoates is a trusted name in the industry, known for our expertise in electro and electro-less plating, metallizing, anodizing, galvanizing, metal finishing, and special coatings.

He is also a proud member of the American Surface Finishers Association, actively contributing to the advancements in surface finishing technologies
Nihar Soley
Director, Business Development Nihar Soley plays a vital role in driving business growth and development at Dazzle Dynacoates. With 20 years of experience in fluoropolymer applications, he brings a deep understanding of the industry. Nihar holds certifications in paint technology and application procedures, as well as coating inspection. His expertise extends to metallizing and plasma technology, enabling him to provide valuable insights and solutions to our clients.

Our facility features a semi-automatic grit blasting chamber, automatic spray equipment, and a dedicated spray booth with a motorized turntable.
